The Fitness Center at the new Spa at Sun Valley is outfitted with spin bikes, Precor aerobic equipment, Hoist weight machines, Hampton weights, and a serene Yoga Room. Views of the new and expansive pool/cabana area and Baldy Mountain are sure to inspire you to push your workout just a bit. Annual memberships are available and use of the pool and Fitness Center amenities are included with a spa treatment of $75 or more.

Focus on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help gain flexibility, strength and balance while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. All levels are welcome.
